Someone who has been listening to me for years, and who now enjoys Q 96.1 on-line from Tennessee, asked if I would send a photo. I went rummaging through some of my Rubbermaid containers and found the picture posted here. The Fabulous C.J. saw it and immediately said "wow, you used to be a hottie". Note that I am wearing the unstructured jacket fashion of the Miami Vice days!

I am posting it because this represents me at the weight I intend to reach with Ultra 90.When I hit 185, I will post a new one.
