Like many of you, I have been looking forward to the Palin-Biden debate tonight. You may have noticed that Sarah has been hard to find in the news lately, though she still draws large crowds at public appearances. The buzz around her nomination for Veep helped McCain surge ahead in the polls, and helped both of them outdraw Obama in TV ratings for their convention speeches.

At first, the media attacked her lack of experience and learned quickly that tactic was only making her more popular. Now, they have simply chosen to not cover her at all, and that seems to be helping Obama-Biden in the polls.

Only yesterday did we become aware of tonight's debate moderator's little "secret". She has written a book

on Barack Obama which just happens to be coming out around Inauguration Day. Think she a vested interest ($) in the outcome? I do- and it is an outrage we did not know this about Gwen Ifill until yesterday.
